Research and evaluation
More than ever before organisations need to understand their users’ needs and demonstrate their impact. Those that have measures to show their donors and funders what difference they have made are more likely to receive future funding. We work with boards and managers to conduct independent evaluations of whole organisations and of individual services. We carefully select an appropriate methodology and tailor it to suit your circumstances. Research can involve a combination of quantitative and qualitative approaches. Our approach is highly participative, focuses on strategic learning and can involve both funders and funded organisations.
Our roles can include:
- Designing approaches to research and evaluations
- Conducting research assignments
- Reviewing performance against objectives and previous evaluations
- Providing independent reports to funders
- Managing specialist sub-contractors.
